Many of you have probably heard of muscle testing. Many of my clients see practitioners (such as functional medicine specialists, chiropractors, and integrative physicians/practitioners) who perform muscle testing on prescription medications, supplements, essential oils, deodorants, or other "things" a human might want to use to improve upon wellness. I, myself, learned how to muscle test many years ago and will muscle test with Reiki clients when asked.
What I didn't realize is that we can use muscle testing on ourselves, and for
any kind of question which could be posed to one's higher self. Muscle testing allows for a different part (aside from conscious mind) of a person to respond (think spirit self or that part of self which is connected with the ALL or the unified field, in quantum physics). Generally a "yes" response with muscle testing, involves a strength in the muscle, whereas a "no" response involves a weakness.
When I use the term "divination", I am meaning to describe a process whereby a person has a question, and seeks to discover an answer. There are many tools for divination, some of which include: angel/tarot cards, divination rods, shamanic journey, prayer, ceremony, and meditation. Muscle testing might be the simplest.
