Insurance
I am paneled and in network with several insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider with any questions regarding coverage and reimbursement rates. I can provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. For clients with Medicare or United, I will file the claims directly. Please know it’s your responsibility to know your insurance coverage and whether or not you have an unmet deductible.
Payment
Acceptable methods of payment include cash, check, zelle, and most major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
I adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you’re unable to attend an appointment, a 24 hour notice is required. In the event of emergency, we can discuss, however late cancels without a provable emergency and/or no shows will be charged the full amount of the session cost. Anytime an appointment is scheduled, that 50 minute block is reserved for you. You are responsible for that time, and that’s time that another person isn’t able to utilize.
